ATLANTIC
​
Variety for the chip industry. Rounded tuber, scabrous skin, superficial eyes, white flesh, good caliber. Medium yield, early maturity and moderately resistant to common scab. This has high dry matter and is very good for chips.

INNOVATOR
​
The tubers are oblong to elongated, rough yellow-white skin, cream-colored flesh, very well distributed superficial eyes, large size, high yield, late maturation. This is also low dry matter, very good for canes and has low defects.

SPUNTA
The tubers are elongated oval, soft skin, yellow flesh, large to very large size, very high yield and semi-early maturity. This also has very low dry matter, the main variety for fresh consumption in Argentina, good conservation.

SAGITTA
​
The tubers are elongated oval, soft skin, yellow flesh, large size, good yield, late maturity. This is low in dry matter, very good for walking sticks.

TAURUS
Tubers are large, round to rounded oval in shape, uniform, yellow skin, fairly superficial eyes and resistant to non-infectious black spot. Its yield is good and it has a semi-early to semi-late maturity. This has very high dry matter, good for chips.
